We would like to welcome Carl Helbich to the Imanet team.  Carl is the new manager of the support and client services department and has significant senior management experience.  Carl’s mission is to bring the highest levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction to his department.  Many of you have already had email and phone interaction with Carl and some of you have even met him in person at the I/E conference in Toronto.  We look forward to implementing the many initiatives that Carl has planned out and wish him every success.
